Below are a few tips to help you access information in this website. 1. Increasing font size or changing font type to improve visibility
To make text appear larger click on the 'View' menu, point to text size and then choose the size of text that you want. To display text in a different font click 'Internet Options' on the 'Tools' menu. On the 'General' tab, click 'Fonts'. In the 'Web page font' and 'Plain text font' lists, click the fonts you want.
2. Changing page colours to improve visibility
To change how page colours are displayed on the 'Tools' menu in Internet Explorer, click 'Internet Options'. On the 'General' tab, click 'Colours'. Change the settings as required. If you want to specify which font and colour settings to use without having to change settings for individual sites or pages then select 'Tools', 'Internet Options'. On the 'General' tab click 'Accessibility'. You can then change the settings as required.
As you move to or click a link or image, a thin border appears around it so you can see what is selected.

To use these access keys, please follow the instructions below:
- Windows PC's: press 'Alt' + 'Shortcut' (+ 'Return' for Explorer)
- Apple Mac's: press 'Control' + 'Shortcut'.
With Internet Explorer you can also press TAB and SHIFT+TAB to move forward and backward between screen elements such as links, hotspots on image maps, the menu bar.
All images and links on the site have Alt Tags attached which are a text representation of what the image or link portrays. These should help you to understand the information available and navigate the site easily.
You can customize the toolbar by adding or removing buttons, using small or large icons, and showing or hiding the text on the labels. You just need to right click the toolbar and then select Customise.
If you have low vision, you may want to add the Size button for quick access to the relative font size.
If you are using a screen reader, you may want to select Small Icons in the Icon Options list and No text labels in the Text Options list to maximize the amount of screen space available for Web content.
