The Ryder Cup is the largest sporting event to come to Wales, and ensuring a Warm Welsh Welcome is received by all visitors to the event is a great way to show the world what Wales has to offer....resulting in more visitors to Cardiff and thus business for you!
As a taxi driver in and around Cardiff the role you have in welcoming Ryder Cup visitors this Autumn is second to none – it’s something you do regularly for major events in Cardiff, but on an even bigger scale!
Being able to offer that little bit of extra information or answer a difficult question from your fare could make all the difference.

    The workshop will reinforce any previous customer service training and provide key information about The Ryder Cup, Wales, Newport and its surrounding areas (like Cardiff!) in an informative, interactive and enjoyable manner - resulting in an improved visitor experience and repeat business.
    It’s simply a case of booking your place on one of the above workshops and attending.....enclosed with this leaflet you’ll also find a pocket-sized booklet which when used in addition to the workshop we think you’ll find really useful.
    We know you’re busy, so a light lunch will be available immediately after each 45 minute session along with refreshments (see, there is such a thing as a free lunch!).
