Our HRD coordinator Alice Brown will also organise sessions to suit you and your business’ needs. It’s just a case of asking! Last year, via an online poll, you asked us for workshops on social media and email marketing. As a result of this, these workshops are now available to groups of five or more tourism businesses - just tell Alice where you want the workshop to be held, when you want it and who your group of five will consist of, and she’ll provide the trainer. We’ve also created a brief guide to social media in PDF format, so you can see the benefits for yourself before you decide to book onto the course.
Our role at CRT is to provide you, the tourism business, with the opportunity to improve your skills and knowledge. In doing so, we hope we can help make your visitors experience even better, meaning repeat visits to your business year on year.
The much anticipated Croeso Cynnes (A Warm Welcome) customer service programme is also now available. “Croeso Cynnes” forms part of the Visit Wales “Croeso Cynnes Cymreig” initiative, encompassing “Croeso i Gymru” (Sense of Place) and "Croeso Cymraeg" to deliver the promise of a Warm Welsh Welcome. Croeso Cynnes will make best use of the distinctly different product in Wales. The scheme comprises two modules; ‘First Impressions’ which is aimed at all those who interact with customers, and an additional module, ‘Developing your Team’ which targets those who have a supervisory capacity.
